James Wade is a composer of Australian and New Zealand ancestry. His output includes orchestral, chamber, electro-acoustic and vocal music. His music has been performed by a variety of ensembles in Australia and internationally including the Australian String Quartet, the Halcyon ensemble, the Melbourne, Tasmanian and Vancouver Symphony Orchestras and the Sydney Symphony Fellows.
