Current News A new composition for cello duo will be premiered in October 2010 by cellists Alister Barker and Chien–Hsiu Ong. Work continues on a song cycle to be premiered in mid 2011 by Canadian soprano Chloé Angela Hurst. New recordings, including the August 2009 performance of crux for orchestra, by the Sydney Conservatorium Orchestra, are now availablehere. On 28 August 2009, James was awarded the 2009 2MBS-Fellowship of Australian Composers Award. |
